Chingrir Paturi is a delectable and authentic Bengali dish where the prawns steeped in flavorful spices, wrapped in fresh banana leaves and steam or cooked in a pan. Easy and quick to make for lunch or dinner. It is popular in Bangladesh and West Bengal.\r

Ingredients:\r

Prawns (Chingri) - 7 to 8 medium size\r
Yellow mustard seeds - 1 tsp (Soaked in Water)\r
Black mustard seeds - 1 tsp (Soaked in Water)\r
Poppy seeds - 1 tsp (Soaked in Water)\r
Coconut - 1 tbsp (Bland)\r
Green chillies - 4 pieces \r
Mustard oil - 2 tbsp \r
Salt to taste\r
Sugar - 1/2 tsp\r
Banana leaves cut into large rectangular pieces\r
