How to cook Delicious Goat Curry | Meat Curry | Mutton Curry | Curry Goat | Bakra Meat in Easy Steps in Indian/Punjabi Style.\r
Ingredients:\r
2.5 lbs. Goat Meat\r
3= Tomatoes\r
3= Green Chili\r
1= Garlic Bulb or 8 Cloves or 1= Tbsp.\r
2= Onion \r
2= Tbsp. Ginger\r
2= Potatoes (secret ingredients - strictly optional)\r
2= Tbsp. Olive Oil\r
2= Tsp Salt to taste\r
2= Tsp Cumin Seed - \r
1= Tsp Turmeric Powder - \r
1= Tsp Garam Masala - \r
1= Tsp Coriander Powder - \r
1= Tsp Black Pepper - \r
1= Glass of Water (if you need thin gravy then add more water)\r
Garnish with Cilantro and serve and ENJOY!!!\r
