For bouquet garni (potli)
Garlic cloves 12-15
Coriander seeds 3tbsp
Fennel seeds (saunf)1Tbsp
Cinnamon sticks 3-4
Black cardamon 3
Cloves 3
Oil / Ghee 1/2 cup
2 onion paste
Ginger garlic paste 2tsp
Salt 1Tbsp or to taste
Red chilli powder 1 -1/2 tbsp
Turmeric power 1tsp
Coriander powder 1tsp
Water 1/4 cup
Yogurt 1 cup mix
Add water 4-5 Litres or as Required
Garam masala powder 1tsp
Garnish with fresh coriander, ginger and lemon
