BJP has issued a memorandum to the Election Commission accusing the Karnataka poll body of misusing electoral laws to disrupt the party's campaign in the state. It even accused the state police of being puppets of the Congress party. The memorandum has been signed by four senior BJP leaders - Ananth Kumar, Prakash Javadekar, Muralidhar Rao and Shobha Karandlaje.
