The head of programming at HBO, Casey Bloys, has said that the network has corrected all gender pay disparities among staff. Bloys said that just finished their process, inspired by “Big Little Lies” star Reese Witherspoon and the Times Up movement. Witherspoon has been a leader of the Times Up movement. Times Up established a legal defense fun to assist women across all industries against gender related injustices.
