J&K police releases a statement regarding militant attack on inmates of a house at Hajin

The Jammu and Kashmir police have released a statement regarding militant attack on inmates of a house at Hajin. Police said that yesterday at about 10:10 pm, 4 militants who are believed to be affiliated with the militant organisation let, barged into the house of Farooq AH Parrey, R/O Par Mohalla Hajin. They fired indiscriminately inside the house causing grievous injuries to wife, daughter and brother of Farooq. The militants also abducted Muntazir AH Parrey (the son in law of house owner) from their efforts are on by the police to trace out the abducted person. The injured in the incident have been shifted to Srinagar. An fir into the incident has been registered and investigation into the matter set into motion.
