Trump Uses France Terror Attack To Push For 'Stronger' Border Measures, Says Wall Money 'Will Come'

President Trump on Sunday cited the terror attack in France to make a case for stronger military and "fixing the border wall."

In the wake of a recent terror attack in France that claimed the lives of five people, including the gunman, President Trump took to Twitter on Sunday and made his case for a stronger military and "fixing the border wall."
"France honors a great hero. Officer died after bravely swapping places with hostage in ISIS related terror attack. So much bravery around the world constantly fighting radical Islamic terrorism. Even stronger measures needed, especially at borders!" Trump wrote in his first tweet.
"Because of the $700 & $716 Billion Dollars gotten to rebuild our Military, many jobs are created and our Military is again rich. Building a great Border Wall, with drugs (poison) and enemy combatants pouring into our Country, is all about National Defense. Build WALL through M," Trump continued. "Much can be done with the $1.6 Billion given to building and fixing the border wall. It is just a down payment. Work will start immediately. The rest of the money will come - and remember DACA, the Democrats abandoned you (but we will not)!"
Trump's tweets come after many conservatives criticized him for signing the $1.3 trillion spending bill that lacked a long-term funding commitment for the border wall.
"Trump, who decided last fall to end the DACA program, was seeking a deal that would give Democrats protections they sought for the program's recipients in exchange for additional funding of $25 billion for his long-promised U.S.-Mexico border wall," the Washington Post reported. "The bill includes $1.6 billion for fencing and other border security measures."
Among those voicing their disappointment over Trump signing the bill was conservative commentator Ann Coulter.
"CONGRATULATIONS, PRESIDENT SCHUMER!" she wrote on Twitter.
