Congress to move no-confidence motion against Narendra Modi government in Lok Sabha
  • 6 years ago
The Congress has decided to move a no-confidence motion against Narendra Modi government in the Lok Sabha. Sources say the party has issued a three-line whip to all its MPs in the Lok Sabha to ensure their presence. The motion will be moved by Congress leader in LS, Mallikarjun Kharge, who is reaching out to other Opposition parties to garner support for the motion. Meanwhile, the logjam in Parliament continues, it's been days since either of the houses functioned. BJP President Amit Shah has asked party workers to visit their constituencies to tell the voters who's behind this deadlock and why their netas are not working.
