Pune Police apprehended 14 accused who looted people by sprinkling itching powder on them. Police have also seized 7 vehicles and items worth Rs 4 Lakhs from the gang. They used to loot people by 6 different ways. The gang used to aim at the people who withdrew large amount of cash. Accused have been sent to police custody till March 24.
