Kevin Durant Injury - Rib Injury! Golden State Warriors vs Minnesota Timberwolves! Injuries continue to plague Golden State’s star players as an MRI revealed that Warriors All-Star forward Kevin Durant’s rib injury is much more serious than it first appeared to be. According to the Warriors, Durant has an incomplete rib fracture, an injury he first suffered in Golden State’s 109-103 loss to the Minnesota Timberwolves on Saturday. He re-aggravated the injury in Golden State’s 117-106 win over the Los Angeles Lakers on Wednesday and will now miss the next two weeks.
