GM Prepares to Ramp Up Chevy Bolt Production

GM CEO Mary Barra announced the automaker plans to ramp up production of the Chevy Bolt during 2018.
According to Barra, GM is picking up the pace of their electric vehicle production since Tesla is struggling to mass produce the Model 3.
The Chevy Bolt is GM's similar sized model.
Barra added that they offer 5 different electric vehicles, including the Volt and Bolt models from Chevy.
GM drivers have already covered 2.6 billion miles on the road in electric vehicles, but GM's latest decision also hopes to encourage more momentum for global demand of EVs.
