Hey everybody! Day #2 of my new Eastern USA & Canada Tour and for this food challenge Im at the Belmont location of Cheesies Pub & Grub in Chicago, Illinois. Ill be taking on their 8lb Mega Gourmet Grilled Cheese Sandwich Challenge #2 which consisted of FIVE delicious layers!!\r

Cheesies 8lb Mega Gourmet Grilled Cheese Sandwich Challenge #2 ($45):\r
\r
The challenge features a 5-layer gourmet grilled cheese sandwich that contains a total of 6 different types of cheese. There are different meats, vegetables, and toppings on each layer which makes the entire sandwich completely delicious!! Challengers have 1 hour to finish the entire sandwich but they also get 1 extra minute for each person that comes to watch them attempt the challenge. Winners receive the meal free, a sweet t-shirt, and $100 cash!! This really is the ultimate grilled cheese sandwich!! Cheesies has multiple locations around Chicago and you must call ahead and schedule your challenge beforehand so they can order the custom bread and various ingredients ahead of time.\r

Cheesies offers a smaller challenge #1 which basically consists of 1/2 the sandwich featured in this video which equals 4 lbs and you also have to eat a large portion of french fries. At the end of the day, all the fries makes it almost as difficult as this sandwich only challenge.\r
