A new study shows there are several benefits to working out at night. According to business insider, "some evidence suggests that training in the morning may not be superior to the evening when measuring performance. Muscles are up to 30% stronger in the evening." In fact, research show that someone's physical capacity increases by at least 8% and 30%. So anyone interested in changing up their morning workout routine should definitely try working out in the evening.
