Therapist Talks: Do You Need To Go To Therapy?

Making the decision to go to and commit to therapy is an important one in our lives. If things go well, we come out changed in essential ways.

But it can be difficult to know whether we should, or if it's the right time to take on this work. In this video I hope to help give you some things to think about when considering whether therapy might be of help to you.

But as always, it is your decision to make-these are just guidelines to consider.
