Therapist Talks: Things to Try Which May Ease Depression

Depression is such a painful experience. And the thinking which often goes with it can make it worse. And some of that thinking is around feeling helpless and hopeless.

And though it may feel that way, it is one of depression's lies. We can shift things, if we are patient and very kind to ourselves. Here are a few things to consider experimenting with. Not magic-what is? But perhaps can begin to help things feel lighter.
