Noh Omar: Cladding panels on EPF building made of highly-flammable material

The cladding panels used on the exterior of the Employees Provident Fund (EPF) building in Jalan Gasing were made of "polystyrene foam" and are highly flammable, said Tan Sri Noh Omar.
