Deputy Speaker Nga Kor Ming has suspended Tan Sri Noh Omar from Parliament for three days, ruling that the senior Umno lawmaker had insulted him when he was chairing the Parliament sitting the day before.
In protest, opposition lawmakers staged a walk out and told a press conference that Nga had abused his power.
