Trump vows 'reciprocal tax' on trading partners

President Donald Trump on Monday vowed to impose a "reciprocal tax" on American trading partners to correct what he said were unfair surpluses with the United States.

"We cannot continue to be taken advantage of by other countries," Trump told reporters at the White House.

"We lose vast amounts of money with China and Japan and South Korea," he added. "They are getting away with murder." - AFP, February 13, 2018.
