Manchester United fans have gathered in Bavaria for the 60th anniversary of the Munich air disaster in which 23 members of the team lost their lives.

The video, shot on February 6, shows some of the survivors taking the stage in Munich to commemorate the tragic event with fans in attendance.

The Munich air disaster occurred on February 6, 1958, when British European Airways Flight 609 crashed on its third attempt to take off from a slush-covered runway at Munich-Riem Airport.
