Child Killed During Shelling of Displaced-Persons Camp on Turkish-Syrian Border

Shelling of a displaced-persons camp near Atme, on the Syrian-Turkish border, killed an eight-year-old child and wounded several people on February 6, according to a local hospital.Other sources said the number of deaths was higher.Pro-opposition reports blamed Kurdish forces in the area for the strike.The UK-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights also cited Kurdish fire.Storyful cannot confirm who carried out the strike.This video shows the damage done to a tent by the shelling.
