AAP 20-MLA chair is about to go. Aam Aadmi Party's 20 MLAs are threatening the membership of the Delhi Assembly, the way the Election Commission has found them guilty in the matter of appointment of these MLAs in favor of the beneficiaries and sent their report to the President on this matter. It is now being decided that the membership of these MLAs is almost certain. Although no official confirmation has been made on behalf of the Election Commission so far. But the role of an advocate in this entire case has been very important. With the petition of the same lawyer, the chair of these 20 MLAs has come under threat.

आप के 20 एमएलए की कुर्सी जाने वाली है। आम आदमी पार्टी के 20 विधायकों की दिल्ली विधानसभा की सदस्यता पर खतरा मंडरा रहा है, जिस तरह से चुनाव आयोग ने लाभ के पद पर इन विधायकों की नियुक्ति के मामले में इन्हें दोषी करार पाया है और इस बात पर राष्ट्रपति को अपनी रिपोर्ट भेजी है उसके बाद अब ये तय माना जा रहा है कि इन विधायकों की सदस्यता जाना लगभग तय है। हालांकि चुनाव आयोग की ओर से अभी तक इस बात की कोई आधिकारिक पुष्टि नहीं की गई है । लेकिन इस पूरे मामले में एक वकील की भूमिका बेहद अहम रही है। इसी वकील की याचिका से इन 20 विधायकों की कुर्सी खतरे में आ गई है।
