Flint residents sue city and state to replace all lead pipes in water system

Flint residents and environmental and civil rights groups have demanded that Michigan Governor Rick Snyder promptly replace all lead pipes in the city's water system, to ensure that residents have a safe drinking supply.A lawsuit filed Wednesday seeks an order which would force city and state officials to remedy violations of the federal Safe Drinking Water Act.
