Swiss Police Arrest Senior Football Officials in FIFA Corruption Scandal

Those arrested included current and former senior football officials, and is said to include senior FIFA officials Alfredo Hawit and Juan Ángel Napout, who are both vice presidents of FIFA and members of the executive committee, the New York Times reported. Charges against those arrested include racketeering, money laundering and fraud.
