Firefighters in Elkview, West Virginia, pulled a man from an SUV submerged in water on January 12 after heavy rain brought flooding to the area.This footage was shared by the Pinch Volunteer Fire Department and shows the rescue at Little Sandy Creek in Elkview. Local reports said the man tried to cross the flooded area and was swept away.
