Team GB slopestyle snowboarder Aimee Fuller takes you through a 20 minute HIIT class that she does as part of her Olympic training. Get involved and train alongside an Olympian!

Make sure you WARM UP before you start.

3 sets of each exercise:
x10 Push Ups
x6 Explosive Jumps
x10 Burpee Squat Holds
x10 Get Up No Hands
x12-15 Touch Jumps
x15 Breakdancer
