Record-breaking snow in French Alps ski resort of Tignes

"Once-in-a-generation" weather has left the French Alps ski resort of Tignes under more than two metres of snow.
A British snowboarder went missing from the resort on Sunday (January 7).
In video filmed on Monday, one man attempts to clear a huge pile of snow with a shovel.
According to the filmer, as much as 180cm fell in 48 hours.
The filmer works for a ski school in the mountain resort.
