Powerful Gusts from Storm Eleanor Create Giant Waves in Normandy

Giant waves caused by Storm Eleanor crashed along the shore in Dieppe, France, on January 3.As many as 200,000 homes were without power in France, 50,000 of which were located in Normandy.
