A power outage was reported to have affected about a dozen rides in the Disneyland theme park in Anaheim, California, on December 27.The park’s Twitter feed had earlier said it was a “very busy” day and told visitors to expect long lines. The video here shows a crowded section of the park during the outage.NBC reported that the park’s public relations department had said some visitors were escorted off rides during the power cut.Some visitors took to social media to complain about the outage. Among them was Sarah Mansoor, who tweeted directly at Disneyland, sharing photos of what she considered to be overcrowding, and saying “peak day tickets” had cost $124.
