Refugees' long wait to reunite with their families | DW English

Hundreds of thousands of Syrian refugees reached Germany from Greece via the so-called Western Balkan Route. Since the route was closed off many remain separated from their families. Re-uniting with them is a complicated and bureaucratic process.
