A fire broke out on the top floor of an apartment building in New York City’s Chelsea neighborhood on December 25, quickly growing into a three-alarm fire, according to officials.The fire department said the fire at 144 19th Street, between 6th and 7th Avenues, was burning through multiple apartments.
