Gstring Pro Fingerboard From SICGrips

This week’s Pick of the Week is the Gstring Pro, which I can just about say with a straight face. As winter closes in and your time on the rock becomes limited, it’s time to start thinking about training. The Gstring Pro is a new take on the classic ridged fingerboard.
It uses flexible 5mm nylon cord to suspend the grips, which makes them highly adjustable and helps to decrease the strain on your finger joints.
The grips are made of lightweight heat treated aluminium, and have a ‘StikGrip’ surface, which is high in friction and kind on your fingers.
Our favourite thing with the Gstring Pro is how compact they are. They’re a perfect warm-up tool to bring to the crag. Simply hang one or two of them on a tree, and you can use it to get your fingers loose and ready to jump on the rock.
