The New York Attorney General is Already Preparing a Net Neutrality Lawsuit On Thursday, the Federal Communication Commission (FCC) ruled to eliminate net neutrality. The 3-2 vote is largely controversial, with many companies and individuals already prepared to fight for it. Eric Schneiderman, the New York Attorney General, has already told 'TechCrunch' that he is preparing a multi-state lawsuit against the ruling.
