If you're not ready to let kale go, reports say that you can still get your fix at places like McDonalds and Chick-fil-A. After both fast food giants banned iceberg lettuce, due what Chick-fil-A calls it's low nutritional value, kale has popped up in Mickey-D's burgers and as a side option at Chick-Fil-A.
