Jasprit Bumrah got India their 2nd wicket as he dismissed Gunathikala for just 16 runs , thanks to a simple catch by MS Dhoni behind the stumps. Earlier Pandya got the wicket of Tharanga giving India the initial breakthrough. India skipper Rohit Sharma batted really well during the 2nd ODI match and went on to slam his 3rd double ton in one day matches. Earlier Shikhar Dhawan slammed his 33rd ODI 50. Both Sharma and Dhawan gave India a solid start in the 2nd ODI match, which was great bounce back by the Men in blue after their debacle in Dharamsala.
