Residents of Victoria, Australia, were warned to expect flash floods on December 1 as thunderstorms and heavy rain hit the state.The Bureau of Meteorology said that a maximum of 250 mm of rain was forecast for the northeast of the state.Several major events in the state were cancelled, including Taste of Melbourne and Tennis Victoria Premier League, while several flights were also diverted to Sydney, according to reports.This footage shows flooding in Fairfield, Victoria.
