Why Is Roy Moore Back In Front?

Republican candidate Roy Moore appears to have pulled into the lead in the Alabama special Senate election. Moore had fallen in the polls after allegation of child molestation and sexual misconduct were raised against him. However, new polls out this week have Moore leading against Democrat Doug Jones by 5 to 6 points. One theory as to why Moore is gaining in numbers is that interest in the scandal has waned.
