A woman was rescued from her partially flooded car in Brisbane, Queensland, as the region was struck by severe storm weather on Wednesday, November 29.A passerby rushed to the vehicle, which had been caught up in flash-flooding, and carried the elderly woman to safety, according to Channel Ten.
