NBA Commissioner Adam Silver admitted that the league's "one-and-done" rule that prohibits athletes from jumping straight from high school into the NBA, isn't working. On Monday, Silver appeared on ESPN Radio's morning show "Golic and Wingo," and spoke on the matter. Silver told the hosts, "What I've said about the one-and-done rule is that it doesn't appear to be working for anyone.
