The National Basketball Association commissioner Adam Silver arrived in Shanghai on Wednesday (October 9) after China stopped NBA broadcasts over Hong kong tweet backlash.

The video filmed by a tourist shows Adam Silver walking into a hotel after his arrival.

According to reports, Silver will attend Los Angeles Lakers vs Brooklyn Nets preseason game as planned.

Houston Rockets' manager, Daryl Morey, tweeted "fight for freedom, stand with Hong Kong" which sparked uproar from Chinese basketball fans.
