Cinnamon Steak Rub
The ultimate sweet spicy steak rub!
Ingredients:
¼ cup (60 mL) cinnamon
2 Tbsp (30 mL) sugar
2 Tbsp (30 mL) ground cumin
2 Tbsp (30 mL) ground allspice
1 Tbsp (15 mL) ground cloves
1 Tbsp (15 mL) ground ginger
1 Tbsp (15 mL) garlic granulated
Method:
Mix together all ingredients and store in an airtight container for up to 3 months.
Makes: 1/2 Cup
