Spectacular Eruption at Popocatepetl Volcano

A spectacular eruption took place at Mexico’s Popocatepetl volcano on November 24, as seen in this footage captured by a nearby camera.Mexico’s National Center for Prevention of Disasters said “incandescent fragments” were sent at least 3,280 feet over the volcano’s crater. Authorities urged people to not approach the volcano’s crater due to potential danger of falling ash.Popocatepetl’s eruption on November 23 was the largest since 2013, El Universal reported.
