At Least 16 Dead in Greece Flash Floods

Flash flooding in Mandra, Greece has left cars and homes submerged under water. The floods that are taking place in a city north-west of Athens have claimed at least 16 lives and injured more than 20. Most of the residents in Mandra are without electricity and water. Local media have described the destruction as "biblical." A state of emergency is in effect in the region, as roads remain shut down. and more heavy rain is in the forecast.
