James Baines a journalist from London met up with Master Wong for an interview after watching his lessons on Youtube. During this visit James got a taste of Master Wong's self defence lessons. In this video Master Wong talks about positioning your body and keeping your distance from your opponent. A simple way is moving away and applying a side kick. How your body is positioned is important, as it will set you up for the next move. During the lesson Master Wong points out useful tips to insure that safety precautions and variables may take place while applying the technique. This is what makes Master's Wong's system unique when you are considered as number one priority when put in a combat place. These self defence lessons are also taught in Master Wong's seminars.
