Strong earthquake hits Iraq and Iran, killing more than 400

A magnitude 7.3 earthquake shocked both Iraq and Iran on Sunday evening. Iran officials have reported that at least 407 people were killed and 6,000 injured. That number is expected to rise as rescuers search for those trapped underneath the rubble. The relief effort is slow in the country with more than 70,000 people who still need emergency shelter.
