Israeli security forces fired tear gas at a November 1 protest in Bethlehem, West Bank, to disperse Palestinians denouncing the Balfour Declaration on its 100th anniversary.Protesters had marched from the southern to the northern end of the city, stopping at the Israeli West Bank border where they were met with violence. According to Palestinian news agency WAFA, Israeli soldiers fired tear gas and shot rubber bullets into the air, injuring one protester in the leg.This videos shows protesters yelling and using shoes to hit a mannequin of Sir Arthur James Balfour, the British foreign secretary who signed the Balfour declaration on November 2, 1917, promising support for a Jewish homeland in historical Palestine.
