Pickpocket steals woman's phone as she crosses the road

Footage of a man stealing a woman's phone as she crosses the road, without anyone noticing him.

The dash cam video, filmed in Yangquan City in northern Shanxi Province, China on August 27, shows the pickpocket following the woman and taking her phone out of her pocket without anyone around batting an eyelid.

After three days, the thief was found and arrested by police.
