Man steals woman's while she plays on phone

CCTV footage has emerged from China of a man stealing a woman's bag at a restaurant.
The video, captured in Xi'an, Shaanxi Province last week, shows the man reaching out for the bag while the woman is busy eating and playing on her phone.
It is unknown whether the thief was caught.
