Sindhi Biryani Recipe ( سندھی بریانی) by (HUMA IN THE KITCHEN)

Sindhi biryani is a special meat and rice biryani dish originating from the Sindh province of Pakistan. You can increase or decrease spices according to your taste. more spicy ? add more green chilies. \r
INGREDIENTS:\r
basmati rice 750 gram\r
chicken 500-700 gram\r
oil 1/2 cup\r
onion medium size 3-4\r
potatoes 3-4 medium size\r
tomatoes cut into 4 pieces 3-4\r
yogurt 1/2 cup\r
ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp\r
prunes 8-10\r
WHOLE SPICES:\r
bay leaf 1\r
cinnamon stick medium size 1\r
cloves 4-5\r
black pepper whole 8-9 pods\r
star anise 1\r
green cardamom 5-6\r
POWDERED SPICES:\r
red chili powder 1 1/2 tsp\r
turmeric powder 1/2 tsp\r
coriander powder 1 tbsp\r
paprika powder 1 tsp\r
whole spice powder 1 tsp\r
cumin powder 1 tsp\r
sat to taste\r
FOR FINAL STEP:\r
orange food color 1/8 tsp\r
warm milk 1/4 cup\r
some lemon slices for garnish\r
some fresh coriander leaves\r
some mint leaves\r
green chilies 4-6 cut into slices ( add more if you like more spicy)\r
lemon juice\r
