Backpackers Argue With Toilet Attendant Over 20 Cents Fee

The male backpacker was with two female companions when he began arguing with the young toilet attendant over the fee to use the toilets on Bangla Road in Phuket, Thailand. The father of the worker released CCTV of the incident to try to get more information about the people who were involved and why it happened.
