Police gallantry Medal has been withdrawn from Madhya Pradesh cadre IPS officer Dharmendra Chaudhary. Notification was also issued in this Government Gazette for this. The National Human Rights Commission did not find this encounter in the investigation, but the state government considered it an encounter. Government of India Dharmendra Chaudhary has been asked to abduct the Police gallantry Medal and seize it.

मध्य प्रदेश कैडर के आईपीएस अधिकारी धर्मेंद्र चौधरी से पुलिस वीरता पदक वापस ले लिया गया है। इसके लिए भारत सरकार के राजपत्र में अधिसूचना भी जारी की गई है।राष्ट्रीय मानवाधिकार आयोग ने जांच में इस एनकाउंटर को सही नहीं पाया था, लेकिन राज्य सरकार इसे एनकाउंटर ही मान रही थी। भारत सरकार धर्मेंद्र चौधरी का पुलिस वीरता पदक रद्द करते हुए उसे जब्त करने को कहा गया है।
